Whose semen?

I really wonder whose semen they are going to use this time...

And I really want to examine Saiful's asshole myself...

How much of the taxpayers' money did you accept, Saiful?

Do they think that Malaysians are THAT stupid to believe this again, after failing to prove it last time...

It's all BULLSHIT when the Barisan NAJIS denied that this is not politically motivated. Remember what happened last time? While the trial was still in progress, Dr M pronounced Dato' Seri Anwar as guilty, on live TV somemore. Isn't that a bit too desperado? Although I'm not a lawyer or a judge, but I do know that a person is INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY.

And the statement Dr M made regarding Dato' Seri Anwar's black eye... ABSOLUTELY LAME... And being a MEDICAL DOCTOR himself, did he really think that by placing the eye over a glass will produce THIS???

Until Rahim Noor, the ex-Police Chief ADMITTED to punching Anwar.

Just how LAME and LOW can one get to remain in a position of power, despite the fact that they no longer command the respect and trust of the rakyat?

Sleep (PART 2)

To continue my research on what should be the optimal amount of sleep, I looked at scientific evidences. Scientific evidences are also one of the ways God speaks to us, by revealing what He knows, since He created everything.

I found that the optimal amount of sleep is not a meaningful concept unless the timing of that sleep is seen in relation to an individual's circadian rhythms. A person's major sleep episode is relatively inefficient and inadequate when it occurs at the "wrong" time of day. The timing is correct when the following two circadian markers occur after the middle of the sleep episode but before awakening:

1. Maximum concentration of the hormone melatonin,
2. Minimum core body temperature.

The National Sleep Foundation in the United States maintains that 8 to 9 hours of sleep for adult humans is optimal and that sufficient sleep benefits alertness, memory and problem solving, and overall health, as well as reducing the risk of accidents. A widely publicized 2003 study performed at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine demonstrated that cognitive performance declines with fewer than 8 hours of sleep.

However, a University of California, San Diego psychiatry study of more than one million adults found that people who live the longest self-report sleeping for 6 to 7 hours each night. Another study of sleep duration and mortality risk in women showed similar results. Other studies show that "sleeping more than 7 to 8 hours per day has been consistently associated with increased mortality", though this study suggests the cause is probably other factors such as depression and socio-economic status which would correlate statistically. It has been suggested that the correlation between lower sleep hours and reduced morbidity only occurs with those who wake after less sleep naturally, rather than those who use an alarm.

Causal links are currently speculative: the available data may only reflect comorbid depression, socioeconomic status, or even alcohol use, for example. These studies cannot be used to determine optimal sleep habits, only correlation — and empirically observed correlation is a necessary but not sufficient condition for causality. A need for 9 or 10 hours of sleep a day, or only 5 to 6, may or may not have the same cause as the shortened life span. In other words, long or short sleep duration itself has not been shown to be a cause of early death.

Researchers from the University of Warwick and University College London have found that lack of sleep can more than double the risk of death from cardiovascular disease, but that too much sleep can also double the risk of death. Professor Francesco Cappuccio said: “Short sleep has been shown to be a risk factor for weight gain, hypertension and Type 2 diabetes sometimes leading to mortality but in contrast to the short sleep-mortality association it appears that no potential mechanisms by which long sleep could be associated with increased mortality have yet been investigated. Some candidate causes for this include depression, low socioeconomic status and cancer-related fatigue. In terms of prevention, our findings indicate that consistently sleeping around 7 hours per night is optimal for health and a sustained reduction may predispose to ill-health.”

So what is the conclusion? Looks like the optimal amount of sleep is 7 to 8 hours. Of course, different people will have different requirements of sleep, so I guess some will only need 7 and some will need 8 to perform optimally the next day.

As for me, I will seriously start to adopt 7 hours of sleep, since that is the minimum amount, and also, I think it is absolutely biblical, since 7 is the perfect number of the Lord. I'm not surprised why 7 hours of sleep is strongly correlated with Psalm 127:2, eventhough it's not found in that verse. I want to perform optimally. And I want to live to 120 years. So it's time I get rid of my bad habit of NOT SLEEPING, of sleeping only 1/2/3/4/5/6 hours every night. I'm 29 years old and it's not too late to change. No doubt, my body could have been "damaged" by my 10 over years of sleep deprivation, but I believe it's better late than never. And God will help to restore the harm done. I hope you guys would do the same too, to take good care of yourself and your body.

Sweet dreams!

I really wonder...

... if they are STUPID or just plain STUPID...

Nothing better to do than to use the same tactic again to bring him down...

If you accuse someone... make sure you can PROVE it...

DAMN STUPID IDIOTS... I really wonder how much they paid that guy, Saiful Bahari.

BUNGLING NINCOMPOOPS!

Independence

I just finished watching the movie, The Patriot, and I must say, that it is because of people like Benjamin Martin (from the movie, fictional, but representative, nonetheless), George Washington, Francis Marion, Daniel Morgan, etc. that made the word FREEDOM, INDEPENDENCE, very very meaningful. Without them, there would be no America. Without them, there would be no United States.

Quite a coincidence, that July 4 is coming up in a few days' time. Here I would like to wish all Americans an early Happy Independence Day!

Did you know?

Simon the Cananite, one of the Twelve Disciples of Jesus - the Cananite does not refer to a native of Canaan, but is derived from the Syriac word Kanean or Kaneniah, which was the name of a Jewish sect. The Revised Version has "Cananaean;" marg., "or Zealot" He is also called "Zelotes" (Lk 6:15; Acts 1:13; R.V., "the Zealot"), because previous to his call to the apostleship he had been a member of the fanatical sect of the Zealots. There is no record regarding him.

And even though most people know Simon, later called Peter and Andrew, James & John, sons of Zebedee, Philip and Bartholomew, Thomas and Matthew the tax collector, Judas Iscariot, James son of Alphaeus, Simon the Cananite/Zealot, many do not remember Lebbaeus, also known as Thaddaeus. I myself have read the Gospels many times but still could not remember him. It's like, everytime I re-read the Gospels, I will always go... Oh, this is one of the Twelve. And no matter how many times, I still feel the name is foreign or don't belong... LOL weird...

And by the way, Lebbaeus is known as Saint Jude for some denominations, the patron saint of desperate cases and lost causes. If you had noticed, sometimes in the personals column of the newspaper you will see something like "Prayer to St. Jude", or "Thanksgiving to St. Jude".... stuffs like this...

"Most holy apostle, St. Jude, faithful servant and friend of Jesus, the name of the traitor who delivered thy beloved Master into the hands of His enemies hath caused thee to be forgotten by many, but the Church honors and invokes thee universally as the patron of hopeless cases, of things despaired of. Pray for me, who am so miserable. Make use, I implore thee, of that particular privilege accorded to thee, to bring visible and speedy help where help is almost despaired of. Come to my assistance in this great need that I may receive the consolation and succor of Heaven in all my necessities, tribulations, and sufferings, particularly -- (Mention your request) and that I may praise God with thee and all the elect throughout eternity. I promise, O blessed Jude, to be ever mindful of this great favor, and I will never cease to honor thee as my special and powerful patron, and to do all in my power to encourage devotion to thee. Amen."

An alternative prayer is :

"Saint Jude, Hope of the Hopeless, Pray for me"

Isn't it sad? That people pray to some other "heavenly entity" other than Jesus? As far as I know, saints CANNOT answer prayers. At most, they are messengers, carrying prayers to God or answers from God. This reminds me of those Chinese gods like tua pek kong, choi san, guan yin, guan goong, and all those man-made gods. Have anyone heard any of these gods talk? Many people have heard Jesus speak, either audibly or non-audibly, or through the Word of God a.k.a. the Bible. Have you ever heard of word of tua pek kong? Choi san bible? Or whatever documentation or book or the life of these "gods"?

By the way, did you know that tua pek kong was actually a Made-in-Malaysia god? This "god" used to be a Chinese man called Zhang Li (张理) of Hakka family. His Sumatra bound boat was struck by wind and accidentally landed on the Penang island of Malaysia, which at that time had only 50 inhabitants (40 years before Francis Light). After his death, the locals began worshipping him and built the tua pek kong temple there. Today tua pek kong is worshipped by many Chinese Malaysians throughout the country. I have no idea what he did, but one thing I know, is that he didn't die for my sins. He didn't die for the sins of the whole world. What on earth did he ever do to deserve worship???

Oh well, back to my reading of Matthew 10... LOL

It's time...

I know I had been putting this off for God knows how long... and it's high time I hit the books and do some serious studying...

It's really tough, seriously, and I absolutely understand why many working people find it hard to go back to studying, or working and studying at the same time... IT TAKES A LOT OF DISCIPLINE! And DETERMINATION... AND money...

I miss you baby... Take care and remember to pray for the place you're staying... *smooch*

さようなら私の愛 *キス* *キス*

Today, I am going to see my baby go off to a place hundreds of miles away that takes almost a day to reach by plane.

I try not to be emotional, but I am going to miss her...

What farewell words should I say, I know not, until I remembered the really nice card she sent to me when she was in US:

All I want

is to love you for the rest of my life...

to wake up every morning

with you by my side,

knowing that no matter what happens,

I'll be able to come home

to your loving arms.

All I want is to share

everything with you...

to talk to you about our ideas,

our dreams, the little everyday things

that make us laugh,

and the not-so-little things

that we can't help worrying about.

All I want is to give you my love...

as a place you can always

come to for acceptance

or the simple comfort that silence brings

when things left unspoken

can still be understood.

All I want is to grow old with you...

to watch our life unfold,

our dreams, one by one, come true.

All I want

is to love you forever.

Thank You Jesus

I think I need to give all the glory and all the credits to God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit for the past week. It had been nothing short of extraordinary.

On June 18 (Wed), I gave a training, updating my customer service team and after the training, the manager thanked me and told me that her team benefited a lot from my training and appreciate it a lot.

On June 20 (Fri), I gave training to a group of new trade promoters, and after the training, my colleague who sat in the training said that I gave a good training, very clear and effective.

A few hours ago, I gave a talk to a group of professors, pediatricians and pead MOs in Sarawak Club Kuching, and they actually complimented that I had given a short and sweet talk, very well done and benefited them a lot, right in front of me after I had finished!

And the person I am reporting to temporarily had complimented me on the quality of the completed tasks she asked me to do several times too this past week. Amazing...!

What really touched my heart was that, for the past 4 years I had been in Wyeth, for the past 100 over talks I had conducted, for the past countless number of times I had conducted trainings, I had never received such praise or compliments from the audience. Well, occasionally, yes, once in a while, but not in such regular frequency. It makes me feel... thankful to God, of course, and appreciated and good as well... definitely. I'm still human ok... LOL

It really left me wondering what's going on... and I know the answer had to be GOD. It's never me, no way. Some would say, oh, you had matured, you improved, you deserved it, but I would rather not take home any glory for myself, since I know that it can only be God working through me that DID IT. Without Him, I am nothing. Period.

Thanks Lord!

énummi™ (PART 1)

Hmmm... I was reading Chris' blog and he was promoting his new skin care product. When I looked at the ingredients, I realized that I don't know much about quite a number of them! So I decided to do some food chemistry research on all of the ingredients. Not gonna be finished in an hour or a day. Perhaps a week. Or more... ooppss...

Ingredients:
Water, Aloe Vera Leaf Extract, Hybrid Safflower Seed Oil, Glycerin, Sunflower Oil, Glyceryl Stearate, Caprylic/Capric/ Myristic/Stearic Triglyceride, Shea Butter Fruit, Sandalwood Extract, Amur Corktree Bark Extract, Barley Extract, Cetyl Alcohol, Stearic Acid, Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate, Moringa Pterygosperma Seed Extract, Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Sorbic Acid, Transfer Factor E-XF (a patented concentrate of transfer factors and other natural components from cow colostrum and egg yolk), White Tea Leaf Extract, Retinyl Palmitate, Ascorbyl Palmitate, Tocopheryl Acetate, Phospholipids, Dimethicone, Carbomer, Disodium EDTA, Sodium PCA, Fragrance, Allantoin, Glyceryl Stearate, PEG-100 Stearate, Cyclomethicone, Triethanolamine

1. Aloe Vera Leaf Extract
Traditionally, aloe was used topically to heal wounds and for various skin conditions, and orally as a laxative.

Early studies show that topical aloe gel may help heal burns and abrasions. One study, however, showed that aloe gel inhibits healing of deep surgical wounds. Aloe gel does not prevent burns from radiation therapy. There is not enough scientific evidence to support aloe vera for any of its other uses.

(Maenthaisong et al., 2007; Vogler & Ernst, 1999; Richardson et al., 2005; Langmead et al., 2004; Schmidt & Greenspoon, 1991)

2. Hybrid Safflower Seed Oil
Quite a mouthful, but otherwise, generally known as safflower oil. This is commonly used in food products as part of the fat blend or vegetable oils, for instance, my company's milk formulas.

Hmmm... if this is applied to the skin, wouldn't it get oily? Does most cosmetic products contain vegetable oils like safflower oil? Probably should ask Steph, the skin expert cum model.

3. Glycerin
Glycerin is a common name for the actual chemical compound called glycerol. If you still remember your chemistry, 1 triglyceride is broken down into 1 glycerol and 3 fatty acids by lipase during digestion. The same glycerol.

It is used in medical and pharmaceutical and personal care preparations, mainly as a means of improving smoothness, providing lubrication and as a humectant. It is found in cough syrups, elixirs and expectorants, toothpaste, mouthwashes, skin care products, shaving cream, hair care products, and soaps.

Sleep (PART 1)

I am starting a research on this topic, since I am not only interested in how much sleep do you actually need, and how much is too little or how much is too much. Interesting huh?

I am currently believing that 7-9 hours is the general guideline for minimum and maximum. Can't remember where I read that. But throughout the past few years, I had had no sleep for 1 day, 2 days, oftentimes averaging 4 hours per night, sometimes less, sometimes more, but still failed to find the optimum amount of sleep that I need.

I know that God grants sleep to His children whom He loves (Psalm 127:2), so it is biblical to sleep. Is there anywhere in the Bible talking about how long Jesus slept, or God giving instructions how long we should sleep? Hmmm... I couldn't recall any. Here are some verses on sleep in the Word (NIV):

Matthew 8:24
Without warning, a furious storm came up on the lake, so that the waves swept over the boat. But Jesus was sleeping.

Mark 4:38
Jesus was in the stern, sleeping on a cushion. The disciples woke him and said to him, "Teacher, don't you care if we drown?"

Luke 8:23 As they sailed, he fell asleep. A squall came down on the lake, so that the boat was being swamped, and they were in great danger.
(How cool is that? The ONLY verses about Jesus sleeping took place in a dramatic (and ironic) time where others around are panicking over the storm, His disciples couldn't understand how could anyone be sleeping in such a situation... And how come the Book of John had no mention of this incidence? Normally the 4 Gospels are in harmony wor...)

And sleep is usually referred to by Jesus for people who had DIED but going to be resurrected by Him... Remember the little girl who died and Lazarus?

Luke 8:52
Meanwhile, all the people were wailing and mourning for her. "Stop wailing," Jesus said. "She is not dead but asleep."

John 11:11
After he had said this, he went on to tell them, "Our friend Lazarus has fallen asleep; but I am going there to wake him up."

What about the Old Testament? I can easily recall many occasions in Genesis that sleep is used when someone had sex with another person. Hmmm... that's a different kind of "sleep" huh?

And what about the warning in Proverb 6:9-11? I know this is intended for a sluggard but what is a SLUGGARD? Sleeping more than 9 hours? Sleeping many times in a day? Sleeping when you are not tired? Apparently, sluggard is someone who is LAZY, but what is defined as lazy??? Not doing what you are supposed to do, intentionally, and doing other things instead? People say, "You just know it lah", but my "You just know it lah" may be different from your "You just know it lah". How lazy is lazy?

How long will you lie there, you sluggard?
When will you get up from your sleep?
A little
sleep, a little slumber,

a little folding of the hands to rest-
and poverty will come on you like a bandit

and scarcity like an armed man.

Then what is the biblical guideline? Sleep when you are tired? Sleep until you are not tired? That can be very subjective huh? How do you know you are tired? How tired? Does a little tiredness warrant a nap or sleep? What if your willpower is stronger than your desire to feel tired? What if the enemy is spiritually attacking you by causing you feel tired all the time? Tough questions huh? Ask God? Follow the Holy Spirit's guidance? Use wisdom? Err... err... anybody did that before and received any answers and care to share?

What about scientific evidence? To be continued in PART 2...

Expired surprise

Last Saturday, I stumbled upon a pleasant surprise in the men's toilet in Sunway Pyramid, albeit a long expired one. Nope, I didn't discovered any obscene stuffs or unusual sights...

I never suspected anything the last time I saw them sitting together in church. Perhaps, I would have known, had I been more frequent in going to church... (ooppss...)

But definitely a surprise, regardless of whatever. My prayers and best wishes and congrats goes out to both of you. Just remember that getting together is no doubt fun, exciting and all that, but it's only the beginning of a long journey. It is the staying together that gives satisfying and memorable joy. In Christ all things hold together.

Congrats to Nadal!

My oh my... the rate he's going at the moment, Federer's going to lose his #1 ranking soon. In a 2 hr 15 mins epic, he beat Djokovic, the world #3 yet again but this time on grass, in London's Queen's Club event that just concluded minutes ago. And he beat A-Rod (4 times winner here and currently world #6) in the semis. This win is historic and very meaningful for him, I'm sure, since it is his first ATP title on grass, ever, and he became the first Spaniard ever to win the Queen's Club title.

I dunno why when I searched for Nadal's news, I keep seeing really weird news, like Nadal is back together with Pamela Anderson (What?)(I thought he's with Maria Francesca "Xisca" Perello?), or news like he had wardrobe malfunction but when I looked at the picture, where got??? Apa lah...

Anyways, it was a close game... 7-6, 7-5. Well done Nadal! Go and get Federer in the Wimbledon. Gambate!

What?

A real great disappointment... I mean I kept wondering why in the world this movie don't make any sense... Why some died, why some didn't... PLANTS releasing chemicals??? Sheesh...

And the dying scenes were shocking and super GROSS... don't see this if you don't have the stomach for it... yucks...

I think Shyamalan's lost it... The previous movie, Lady in the Water, was bad enough... and I gave him one last chance... but apparently... he's lost it. No way near the standards of The Sixth Sense. How come I'm not surprised to learn that this movie, originally titled The Green Effect, the screenplay was rejected by all major movie studios when Shyamalan first shopped it around the town.

I'm not watching anymore of his movies, unless they get good ratings.

Try harder, Shyamalan!

I'm just wondering why did it take so long for such a great movie to reach Malaysia? And why only screening on GSC's International Screens? It's not anti-Islam or whatsoever...

Very inspiring, and very emotional... Here is William Wilberforce, a great man used by God to change the world... A tribute to him and all those politians around the world who works hard at improving the lives of their people and the world. Thank God for placing these prominent people in our midst throughout history...

Oh, and I absolutely loved the romance between William and Barbara... they are just so cute... Especially the part about botany... LOL and the part where they tried to find something they disagree on... absolutely cute...

Congrats to Rafael Nadal!

Although I was hoping that Federer would win his first French Open, Nadal is just too good on clay. His dominance in clay is undisputable, especially after wiping out Federer 6-1, 6-3, 6-0 in the final yesterday. And before beating him, Nadal claimed world number three Djokovic's scalp with a 6-4, 6-2, 7-6 victory. This means that not only he made history by tying Bjorn Borg's record of 4 consecutive French Open titles, he also won it by beating the top ranked players in the world without dropping a set, as a matter of fact, for the whole tournament! Talk about dominance huh? And he also became the first player since 1999 to beat Federer 6-0 in a set. Phew!

I think this guy deserves a special recognition, especially after playing second fiddle to Federer for the past 150 weeks. It was always Federer, Federer, Federer in the headlines, but when it comes to playing on clay, Federer is a nobody.

So when is Federer going to win the French Open? Next year? I doubt it. Nadal is only 22. And he can only get better and better.

What the HECK!

Do you know how much did the price of petrol increase when Dato Seri Anwar Ibrahim was Finance Minister (1991-1998 = 8 YEARS)?

ANSWER: 10 sen

What about Badawi as the Finance Minister from 2004-2008 = 5 YEARS?

ANSWER: INCREASE RM1.35 (the current RM2.70 per litre is double of the 2003 price!!!)

Yeah, I know... go ahead... WHAT THE???

Remember the 1997 Asian financial crisis? In spite of that, we did not see our petrol price doubling. Did we have another Asian financial crisis during the period of 2004-2008? You know the answer. I only remembered the BN government sending a man into space for RM105 million and countless other useless mega projects that became white elephants and the buying of votes in rural East Malaysia.

BN, PLEASE STOP ROBBING THE RAKYAT!

Should I???

Thinking about getting a bike - either bicycle or motorbike but then again, I lost 2 bicycles last time in uni, due to negligence. I forgot to lock them up and chain them to a post or something, despite spending quite a lot on locks and chains.

And I lost a motorbike too - stolen. I had two massive locks and chains, but in spite of all that, my motorbike was carried off into a lorry by two fellas, just like that. I didn't witness it, of course, but that's how most motorbikes are stolen. Good thing I never installed the motorbike alarm. It will be expensive, but still useless. Do you think the thieves care if the alarm goes off?

That was really saddening, because I JUST finished paying my 2-year loan installments for the bike. Yeah, I know... WHAT THE? At least I managed to claim back via insurance half of the price of the bike. But it should be worth the full price, since I took really good care of it, and upgraded a lot of parts and only 2 years old.

Which is why I don't think I will get any of the above. Too easy to be stolen. Besides, they don't give any protection to the riders. Once kena bang means GONE CASE. Car kena bang at least still got a bit of shock absorption, depending on the strength of the impact, but given the same amount of impact, motorbike riders will be injured more seriously (and often times fatally) than car drivers. And there's a lot more cons - if rain, really troublesome. Sometimes the rain is so heavy that the water will still seep underneath the raincoat. If you never buy the extended storage box (installed behind the rider), your things will get wet. And visibility is really poor, because don't have wiper for the helmet screen. Another con is that FOR SURE, after travelling using motorbike, your shirt will stink. That is, if you never wear any coat or windbreaker. And FOR SURE, your hair will have a very impressive design, no matter how long you spent on it in the morning.

Even though it can save really a lot of petrol and time (especially during traffic jams), but considering the cons, I don't think so.

Congrats to Barack Obama!

I actually wanted to say this a few days ago, but got side-tracked by the stupid BN government...

I'm really happy that Obama won the presumptive nominee of the US Democratic Party. He became the first African American to be the presumptive presidential nominee of any major American political party in HISTORY. Let's pray that he beats McCain in November.

I prefer him anytime over Hillary Clinton. Obama has emphasized ending the Iraq war (thumbs up), increasing energy independence, decreasing the influence of lobbyists, and providing universal health care as top national priorities.

Why not Clinton? Sepuluh Dalil Kenapa Hillary Clinton Tidak Boleh Jadi Presiden AS:

1. She was the First Lady during the Whitewater scandal. Although she was found to be not guilty or in any way involved in the scandal, I don't believe the verdict. Just like Mahathir, people in that position can easily cover up any wrongdoings.

2. She was suspected to be involved in "Travelgate" and "Filegate" scandals. Although she was cleared of all accusations, do you think she is 100% innocent? The "suicide" of the lawyer investigating her, Vince Foster is too suspicious to be normal or without conspiracy.

3. She "approved" her husband's (oral) sex encounters with the intern, and numerous other women. I don't think she didn't know a thing about the affairs, if she is smart enough.

4. She initially supported the Iraq War, and then changed her mind and opposed it. Fickle minded?

5. My colleagues in the US are all against her. They prefer Obama over her because they think that Clinton is all talk, no action. Have you heard one of her speeches? Versus Obama's? It's not a surprise many thinks she's got no substance - writers for The Washington Post, ABC News, The Politico, and other outlets, characterized her as a rare poor debate performance against Obama, Edwards, and her other opponents.

6. She voted against the Energy Policy Act of 2005, meaning that in contrary to Obama, opposes energy independence or the attempt to combat growing energy problems, or changes to the energy policy of the United States by providing tax incentives and loan guarantees for energy production of various types. Why would anyone want to oppose such kind of initiatives? Weird.

7. In July 2004 and June 2006, Clinton voted against the Federal Marriage Amendment that sought to prohibit same-sex marriage. She approves gays and lesbians huh?

8. Several remarks by Bill Clinton and other surrogates, and one remark by Hillary Clinton concerning Martin Luther King, Jr. and Lyndon B. Johnson, were perceived by many as, accidentally or intentionally, limiting Obama as a racially-oriented candidate or otherwise denying the post-racial significance and accomplishments of his campaign. Why go to that extent?

9. Clinton's admission in late March that her campaign statements about having been under hostile fire from snipers during a 1996 visit to U.S. troops at Tuzla Air Base in Bosnia-Herzegovina, contradicted by video footage from the time, were not true. This attracted considerable media attention, and risked undermining both her credibility and her claims of foreign policy expertise as First Lady.

10. Would you vote for her based on the above, JUST BECAUSE YOU WANT A WOMAN TO BE THE FIRST PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES? Let's be more realistic and choose someone who can really bring about a CHANGE in the current situation, someone who gives HOPE and FULFILLS them, not just talk CRAP.

Is Rome built in 100 days?

Malaysia is 466 times bigger in land size than Singapore, endowed with RICH resources, but all the profits sits in BN politicians' pockets or wasted in useless mega projects or white elephants. What does Singapore have? Poor in natural resources, but all the profits sits in the PEOPLE'S pockets.

Let's see where BN has taken us in the past 18,250 days (50 years) since independence and 15,330 days (42 years) since Singapore came out of Malaysia:

I feel sick of people demanding for a report card of the Pakatan Rakyat-led state governments, after 100 days in power. Get the facts straight. Look at what BN had done in the past 18,250 days.
Where is Malaysia today???

Petrol Price Increasing Tonight, Midnight!

Dear Friends, if you are staying in Malaysia and reading this now, please go and fill up your car tanks to the full. The price of petrol is increasing from RM1.90++ to RM2.70 this midnight!!!

What the hell right? And get ready for August... apparently, it's going to increase to RM4 to RM5 per litre!!! Bloody hell?!?

And I can easily guess why did the price of petrol HAVE TO increase... TO COVER BN's EXPENSES OF MARCH ELECTION - the buying of votes in rural areas, especially in Sabah and Sarawak, and all the stupid banners and posters. And of course, someone like us, the rakyat needs to absorb the costs of all the stupid mega projects like this and this that has no return on investment (ROI). And all the white elephant projects. Bloody idiots who only wants to put all the rakyat's hard-earned money into their own pockets.

I would like to congratulate all those who voted for BN... ENJOY the petrol price increase. AND the subsequent increase in everything else.

Just can't wait for Dato Seri Anwar to take over.

How does women carrying condoms around help to reduce HIV among women?

I don't know what is this dumbass thinking when he suggested this but I think, it should be SEXUALLY ACTIVE WOMEN WHO HAVE MULTIPLE SEX PARTNERS who should be the ones carrying condoms around. Why include all those poh poh and ah mahs? Or those ladies who are loyal to only one guy for the rest of their lifes? Or those married women who don't go screwing other guys behind their hubbies' backs? Or lesbians? Or those in the monastery, a.k.a nuns?

He talked about the statistics, but did he go further to determine WHERE did those stats originate from? Do you think it's possible for any of the above mentioned women to get infected with HIV if they don't carry condoms? Unless, of course, if they get violated by some mad fella who can't control their urges. And if that happens, what role does the condom play?

"Eh, abang, wait ah, u need to put this condom on before u rape me..."

Hi Friends!!! LOL yup, I know, it's been SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO LONG since I last updated my blog. Thanks to the encouragement of a few people who never gave up on this blog, who still paid a visit once in a while to see if there's any update in the past 4 months I had been missing in action.
And there had been SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MANY things that had happened in this past 4 months. Where should I start? And what shall I share? Hmmm... it'll take ages to update everything!
So I think, I will update the TOP 7 most important things that has happened in the past 4 months:
1. I proposed to my baby and she accepted! Woooohooooo! Did that on a beach in Kuching, on Valentine's Day. She was surprised... heh heh heh... (yes!) and yes, I did go down on my knees, and took out the ring...
2. I asked her dad for her hand in marriage, and her dad accepted! Wooooohooooooooo! That wasn't so scary after all... LOL
3. On a sad note, my boss recently resigned. My boss, the one who hired me, mentored me and advised me in so many areas of my life and work has decided to move on. It's pretty sad, because I had definitely learnt much under his supervision. And no doubt, my market value has increased many folds in the past 4 years, mainly due to his ability to help me improve in my daily duties and enlarge my portfolio. And thanks as well for all the "second chances" and for not putting me in "cold storage" when I made silly mistakes.
4. There was an exodus in my office in the past 4 months too. Not only my boss resigned, but so did 15 other colleagues!!! Now that's a record... in 4 months' time at that! Is God trying to tell me something? I mean, 90% of those who quit were those who had worked longer than me in the company, the longest being 15 years. Probably this is in line with my future plans... and it's about time too...
5. I started running again! And that is ever since my last post! What a coincidence! And I tell you, my muscles had never hurt so bad the next two days after running! Crazy pain man... every part and every bit... it hurts even during the slightest walk.
6. *CONFIDENTIAL* Only God, my darling and our families know... heh heh heh... *HINT* omelette with pork
7. I have to admit that I am not where I should be, with God. I'm not even sure how to get back, or if I wanted to get back. Of course I know what I should do. Done that many times. But do I want to? Sigh... let's not talk about this for the moment... it's more complicated that what you presume or judge. But don't worry... I have not forsaken God. I still believe that Christ died for me and I'll never ever forget what He has done in my life. But then there are complicating issues... issues that I know only I can sort out alone, with God. So let's not talk about this further.
So there you go, my updates. I don't know if I should update this blog regularly, or if I COULD... we'll see, yah. Till then, God bless and have a great week!
